Research Interests: Uncertainity Quantification, Finite Element Methods, Scientific Machine Learning
I am currently a researcher in the Department of Computational and Data Sciences at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. As a member of the Scientific Machine Learning and Operations Lab, I work on efficient Physics-Informed Machine Learning solutions that address practical problems. I am one of the developers of FastVPINNs, a fast and versatile hp-Variational PINNs framework (https://cmgcds.github.io/fastvpinns). At IISc, I have also worked on a stochastic finite element solver, and on predicting the occurrence and intensity of a third wave of COVID-19 in Karnataka. I have also worked in the industry, as a research and development engineer in powertrain design at Bajaj Auto, one of the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturers.
